About the Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a planning team with a focus on quality decisions and efficiency to ensure we deliver for local people and communities. You will work on a range of applications spanning Council regeneration projects, complex large-scale housing schemes, small-site redevelopment and sensitive redevelopments in the borough’s 16 Conservation Areas. This role is for you if you: · have experience determining or submitting major / complex applications · enjoy problem-solving and collaboration, not box-ticking · care about delivering sustainable growth, and supporting local communities to grow RTPI qualification is welcomed, but experience matters more.
