About the Role
We're partnering with an award-winning media and creative agency to find a hands-on Content Creative Manager / Creator who blends strategic thinking with creative execution.
If you live and breathe social, can turn ideas into bold, beautifully crafted content, and enjoy collaborating across strategy, creative, and production teams, this is the perfect role for you.
You'll work across leading global brands, developing, shooting, and editing content that performs across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
* Ideate, storyboard, script, shoot, and edit social-first content - from quick-turnaround assets to full campaign pieces.
* Work closely with account, production, and creative teams to shape engaging, insight-driven ideas.
* Use your Adobe Creative Suite skills (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce high-impact visuals.
* Tailor content for each platform, staying ahead of social trends and emerging formats.
* Confidently present ideas and bring campaigns to life alongside creative, strategy, and client teams.
About You
* 3-5+ years' experience in a content, production, or creative social role.
* Comfortable directing, shooting, and editing content end-to-end.
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience with short-form video, motion design, and animation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
