What You'll Be Doing
* Develop new business across Andover and Salisbury
* Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles in the Industrial and Commercial sectors
* Build & manage long-term client relationships (SMEs to global leaders)
* Deliver the full 360° recruitment process
* Create tailored recruitment solutions to meet diverse client needs
* Build a sustainable, forecastable revenue pipeline

* Proven agency recruitment experience within the industrial or commercial sectors
* Strong sales and business development experience
