What you'll do
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-first ISA Transfer Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help deliver a seamless savings experience as we scale.
You’ll manage ISA and LISA transfers from end to end, supporting customers and providers through the transfer journey while ensuring a fast, accurate and high-quality experience.
You’ll handle transfer queries, troubleshoot issues and work closely with teams across operations, compliance, finance and tech to resolve cases efficiently and improve customer outcomes.
With a strong focus on automation and operational excellence, you’ll use the latest tools and systems to help streamline processes, reduce friction and support Tembo’s rapid growth.
You’ll champion our values, contribute ideas to improve transfer journeys and processes, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect from Tembo.
What we're looking for
* Experience handling ISA and/or LISA transfers within fintech or regulated financial services
* Strong knowledge of ISA regulations, transfer processes and savings products
* Confident managing end-to-end transfer journeys across Cash ISAs and Lifetime ISAs
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
* Comfortable handling customer and provider queries across email, chat and phone
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
* Proactive problem solver who improves processes and removes friction from customer journeys
* Collaborative team player who works well across operations, compliance, finance and tech teams
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience in a fast-moving savings fintech
* Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, scaling start-up environment
Location: Hybrid, with an office in London Bridge (1-2 days per week in the office)
Salary range: up to £30,000 (plus monthly commission upon passing probation).
