Job Description
An opportunity to join the European property team at one of the UK & Europe's largest retail occupiers and one of the largest Sporting Goods retailers in the world at an exciting time of its ambitious growth phase across the UK, Europe, and Rest of the World. The business has an extensive strategy to substantially optimise & grow its estate over the coming years, and this role offers the opportunity to play an important part within the team delivering this expansion and growth.
* Assisting the EU Property Management team with day-to-day operations
* Managing all aspects of property management, liaising with landlords, tenants, 3rd parties, and other stakeholders across various countries
* Interpreting leases and establishing lease obligations and responsibilities with the assistance of the property managers
* Answering and making phone calls to manage queries from various teams
* Providing high-quality customer service, supporting Property Managers by producing and distributing various forms, spreadsheets, and letters
* Assisting with scheduling site visits and coordinating with landlords
* Organising document execution in various European jurisdictions required for store openings and closures
* Managing the filing system for leases and related documents
* Processing and distributing all received mail
* Maintaining and updating property databases to ensure data accuracy
* Checking and updating financial information for company reports
* Producing presentations on lease events for property managers within deadlines
* Managing document signing processes to strict deadlines
* Driving continuous improvement of admin property processes to enhance efficiencies, simplicity, and accuracy
* Chasing payments of contributions with landlords

Candidate Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* Experience in a similar administrative role is essential, property experience is desirable
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
* Confident with databases and handling complex data
* IT literate, proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
