These hands‑on positions will be pivotal in supporting the production of key (ICE) Internal Combustion Engine components in preparation for the next generation of engines which comply with the 2026 power unit technical regulations.
Manufacturing Assembly Technicians will be responsible for assisting the wider manufacturing team covering all aspects of in-process component preparation, assembly and finishing, ensuring they are to the correct stipulations and highest quality. This also includes managing build specifications and up revisions in accordance with Production Control and other Engineering departments to meet the tight deadlines set.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of technical understanding and assembly competence with an exceptional eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and accuracy. Other desirable skills are the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow assembly specifications, processes and procedures in a high-pressure environment without compromising on quality.
This role will be working on a rotating Day shifts with afternoon & weekend shift as required.
