We are seeking an experienced Chartered MRICS Estates Surveyor to support our estates team on a 6‑month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your professional expertise to a dynamic environment, working on a range of estate management and property projects.
Your new role
1. Estate management: Oversee and manage a diverse property portfolio.
2. Valuations: Provide accurate valuations in line with RICS standards.
3. Lease management: Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord/tenant negotiations.
4. Strategic advice: Deliver professional guidance on estates strategy, development opportunities and asset optimisation.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Chartered MRICS status (essential).
6. Proven estates management experience within public or private sector.
7. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
8. Excellent analytical and reporting ability.
9. Availability to start promptly andmit to the 6‑month term.
