We are working with a fast-paced and growing organization on their appointment of an HR & People Administrator on a permanent / temp to perm basis. Reporting to the HR & People Manager, this is a crucial role to facilitate the smooth running of the HR & People department, dealing with all HR administrative support and any first line HR & People queries. This is a site-based position and flexibility to attend other sites on occasion is required, this may involve some early starts.

Responsibilities Of The HR & People Administrator Role Include:
1. Process all HR lifecycle documentation
2. Maintain & update employee records (People HR)
3. Prepare standard letters
4. Provide confidential note taking at HR and Operational meetings
5. Assist with recruitment administration
As HR & People Administrator You Will Have:
1. Proven experience in high volume admin or HR administrative role
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Confidence to manage own workload
4. Flexibility
5. Energy and passion to succeed in the role
