Salary: £91,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an IT Systems Trainer with experience delivering training for large IT systems. We require experience providing training for M365 applications. SAP IBP experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates who have trained on similar IT systems. Supply chain experience would be beneficial. Experience supporting training in a programme or implementation environment is desirable. Strong ability to create clear, user-friendly training guides and content. Ability to deliver training both in person and through virtual sessions. Strong collaboration skills for working with business and functional teams. Ability to support change management and user adoption initiatives. Experience developing training assessments and facilitating feedback forums is desirable. Responsibilities: We will have you work with the Supply Chain Planning Function to deliver a training programme for end users supporting the implementation of SAP IBP and S4 HANA. We will rely on you to support successful adoption of SAP IBP across planning functions. You will create user-friendly training guides and content for in-person and virtual delivery. You will ensure training is relevant and accessible for end users needs. You will collaborate with business teams and functional teams to understand training requirements. You will support change management initiatives by promoting user adoption and confidence in SAP IBP. You will embed training with assessments and facilitate feedback forums to keep users engaged. You will maintain a repository of training materials for end users and update content as processes evolve.
