Job Description
3. Develop and implement category strategies to meet business objectives.
4. Analyse market trends and consumer data to provide actionable insights.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align category plans with sales and marketing.
6. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
7. Monitor category performance and recommend improvements as needed.
8. Present findings and strategies to senior management and other teams.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Category Manager should have:
10. Proven experience in category management within the FMCG industry.
11. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
12. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
13. Knowledge of marketing strategies and consumer behaviour trends.
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
16. This role is 5 days a week in the office in West London.
