We're looking for an experienced and passionate Energy Manager to join our established team, delivering energy and carbon reduction strategies across a diverse customer portfolio.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement energy strategies across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics
2. Deliver energy savings through Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and optimised building performance initiatives
3. Conduct energy audits and produce detailed reports identifying opportunities to reduce energy, water consumption and cost
4. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of energy-saving initiatives
5. Analyse utility and operational data (e.g. BMS, metering) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
What we're looking for:
6. Proven experience in energy management, sustainability or a similar technical role
7. Knowledge of Building Management Systems, ideally worked as a BMS Engineer in a prior role
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret energy and operational data
9. Experience delivering energy efficiency projects and carbon reduction initiatives
10. Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
11. Hold Engineering Qualification (such as Bachelor's Degree, City & Guids etc)
12. Hold or working towards Charted Status
