At Vale View Heights we are looking for a Hospitality Manager to join our friendly Nursing Home team.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and homely environment for our residents. Working in all areas of the home from bedrooms and bathrooms to lounges and dining rooms, the tasks you carry out will ensure everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. This means youll have a direct impact on our residents, their visitors and all the staff working to support them. You will be managing the housekeeping team and producing rotas to ensure that tasks are completed. You will also be expected to support our catering team to ensure a smooth delivery of our dining experience.
Skills And Experience
Experience working as a Housekeeper or Cleaner
Experience of managing a team and rota production
Caring, and compassionate nature
The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others
Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work alternate weekends
Experience with budgets and ordering
