SERVICE ADVISOR - YEOMANS NISSAN PLYMOUTH
Are you ready to be the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of the Nissan journey? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Yeomans Nissan Plymouth.
As a family-run business with 35 sites, the Yeomans Group is built on trust and service. In this role, you’ll be a vital link in our aftersales department, ensuring every customer who visits our Nissan dealership feels confident and cared for. Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage customer communications, handling calls to schedule vehicle maintenance.
* Drive workshop bookings by effectively converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.
* Provide a seamless and outstanding customer service experience from start to finish.
* Use your expertise to understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products and services.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual with excellent interpersonal skills. While experience in a similar role is a bonus, it’s not essential. A passion for customer service and a self-motivated attitude are the keys to your success.
* A full, valid driving licence is essential for this position.
* You must have strong IT literacy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* You possess the drive to take the initiative and deliver a high standard of customer care.
