Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (dependent on experience)

The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will have a key role in helping students across Key Stages 3 and 4 develop both confidence and proficiency in mathematics. Your engaging lessons will make maths accessible, enjoyable, and relevant for all learners, fostering an environment where students can excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 with a focus on student progress and achievement
* Differentiate lessons to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
* Create a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages active learning
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to support student growth and understanding
* Plan effectively to prepare students for GCSE success
* Contribute to curriculum development and share best practice with colleagues
* Track pupil progress, providing regular updates to parents and senior staff
* Participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, and community initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred)
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching maths
* Innovative, reflective teaching approach with a focus on student engagement
* Excellent communication skills and classroom management techniques
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
* Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
