We have an exciting position available for a Sales Administrator to join a growing family-run SME based in Barnet. Your role as a Sales Administrator is to process and manage orders from purchase to delivery. Responsibilities: Order Acknowledgment sent after every order received Get proofs to supplier, chase supplier for proof & chase customer for approval. Purchase Orders – created & sent to supplier Keeping customer informed of job status Liaise with Finance Manager regarding pro-forma payments before job goes into production Any problems to be reported within 1 hour to Sales contact Ensure filing is done regularly & diligently Requirements Proficient in MS Outlook Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Benefits Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm Salary- £25,000- £30,000 Team Bonus Team days out Food and drinks supplied throughout the day Work from home after successful training Free parking
