Are you a compassionate and adaptable educator who wants to make a real difference in a child’s life through tutoring? At Education Boutique, we believe that every learner deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported on their unique education journey. Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and patient educator to support young learner's who are currently not in school. This ranges from KS1 to GCSE (Maybe higher) with children who have been diagnosed with SEN needs such as: PDA, OCD, ADHD, ASD etc.
About the Role
Location: Leicestershire
Hours: 1 to 15 hours per week
Goal: To provide core subject learning and pastoral mentoring, with the ultimate aim of helping the learner reintegrate into a sustainable school setting

Who We’re Looking For
7. Either: A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience supporting SEN, EBSA, or PDA learners
8. OR: An experienced HLTA / ELSA / TA with strong SEN experience
9. Someone who can create a calm, engaging, and trust-building learning space
10. A strong communicator who understands the importance of flexibility and child-led learning
11. A tutor who brings enthusiasm, patience, and creativity into every session
12. Fully vetted with DBS on the update service, references, and right to work in the UK
