About the home: Specialist provision for young people with communication difficulties and autism 2 settled children : One is 16 and really into music and arts & crafts, she is partially sighted The other young person is an 18 year old Autistic male - high functioning, who loves gaming and will be shortly be transitioning into independence after spending 4x years in this home Both are in school and have settled in beautifully ? Supportive, activity-rich environment including cinema, theatre, walks, sports, and more! ? Led by an experienced Registered Manager who has been with the home for 3 years ? You will be responsible for building strong relationships with them, whilst also recording their activity and reporting key aspects of their care.
