As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and client expectations.
Duties
* Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.
* Develop and implement design strategies that meet project objectives and deadlines.
* Oversee the production of visual content, including photography, graphics, and digital assets.
* Conduct regular reviews of team members' work, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and creativity.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
* Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a construction design management role or similar position.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different schemes.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
* Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
* A keen eye for aesthetics and details with a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
* Experience in photography is an advantage but not essential.
