We are currently recruiting for a Scan Assist Hub Operator to join our team within our security Hub in Daventry which supports our stores and helps us to ensure that we remain safe at all times. You will work within the Scan Assist Programme team, a hard working team who review CCTV, the Everseen Dashboard and data to identify suspicious activity for a number of stores and collate your findings into comprehensive case files. You will support with conducting the initial triage of incidents and security risks, communicating with other collaborators in the Scan Assist Programme team and wider business to ensure the right level of response is delivered.
