This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing construction consultancy based in Oldham. With a strong technical reputation and a healthy pipeline of work, the business continues to win projects throughpetitive tendering and framework agreements and is now looking for an experienced Bid &pliance Manager to take ownership of tenders, ISO accreditations, and management systems.
Your new role
This role is ideal for someone who understands the tender process inside out and isfortable managing ISO andpliance frameworks in a consultancy or construction environment.
1. Own and coordinate the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification to final submission
2. Monitor tender portals and identify relevant bid opportunities
3. Support the production of quality responses, case studies, and capability statements
4. Work closely with technical and senior stakeholders to gather and shape bid content
5. Maintain and improve bid libraries, templates, and standard responses
6. Manage and maintain ISO accreditations ( ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and other industry schemes
7. Prepare for and support external audits, ensuringpliance at all times
8. Maintain management systems, policies, and procedures
9. Ensure statutory and regulatorypliance across the business
10. Support the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and mailshots
11. Ensure consistency between bidding,pliance, and marketing documentation
What you'll need to succeed
You will already have experience working with:
12. Tender submissions and bid coordination within construction, consultancy, or the built environment
13. ISO management systems and accreditations, including audit preparation
14. Producing clear, structured written content for bids and quality responses
You’ll also bring:
15. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
16. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and technical teams
17. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to juggle deadline
