Job Description:
Inside IR35 – £300 agreed assignment rate, subject to change based on legislation or service delivery method.
Shifts will be 8AM-4PM or 10AM-6PM.
Onsite 5 days per week due to contract requirements.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience supporting BAU queries as an End User Support Analyst in a busy professional services environment
* Hardware knowledge of endpoint devices (HP, Lenovo, Apple laptops, iPhones, iPads, office telephony, WiFi)
* Firmware/BIOS configuration to meet standards
* Operating System support - installation, updates, remediation (Microsoft Windows support versions)
* Endpoint software suite management - installation, updates, remediation (Microsoft Office support versions)
* Mobile Device Management experience - device enrollment and unenrollment (Profile Push), Mobile Iron platform
* Enterprise endpoint management systems - device updates, software installation (Microsoft SCCM, McAfee PGP, BitLocker)
