As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse market trends to identify opportunities for our clients. You will provide first class customer service and go above and beyond their expectations.

Duties
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
* Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
* Track account activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
* Conduct regular analysis of client accounts to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
* Lead presentations and meetings with clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Revenue growth, Maximizing profitability, Monitor account performance, Renew and negotiate customer contracts and provide insights to senior management, .
Requirements
* A min of 2 years previous account management experience
* Self-motivated with proven experience in B2B sales is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, negotiating and relationship building skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail.
