Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
Main duties of the job
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

Our team in Truro is looking for a Recovery Worker to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Find out more about us here. As an organisation, we do not have a sponsorship license and are unable to provide sponsorship to live and work in the UK. Candidates are required to hold the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract. You will be supporting the Falmouth area. You will be required to work on a Saturday between 9am - 5pm on a rotational basis. Hours worked during this time will be toiled between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Experience

* Experience working in health, social care, criminal justice, or a related setting, or a strong motivation to work in the drug and alcohol sector.
* Proven customer service skills.
* Highly organized with excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* A passionate, positive, and engaging approach to clients and stakeholders.
