We are looking to recruit an organised, reliable, and patient-focused Admin / Receptionist to join our practice team.
Job Summary
We are looking to recruit 2 new admin staff to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Welcome patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
* Handle incoming calls efficiently and direct them appropriately.
* Schedule appointments, manage patient registrations, and process medical forms.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
* Assist with administrative tasks.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Main Duties / Responsibilities
* Providing a welcoming and professional reception service for patients.
* Answering and directing incoming calls, booking appointments, and handling queries.
* Processing prescriptions, letters, referrals, and clinical documents.
* Maintaining accurate records using clinical and admin systems.
* Supporting clinicians and managers with administrative tasks.
* Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Job Details
* Pay: £12.55 per hour
* Contract: Permanent
* Working pattern: Part-time
* Location: 1 Nicolas Road, Chorlton, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M21 9NJ
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
* Experience in the following systems is preferred (training can be provided):
* EMIS Web patient records and appointment management.
* Docman processing incoming correspondence.
* Clarity TeamNet (CTN) staff communication and governance.
* Microsoft Teams & Office team communication and document management.
* PATCHS online consultation and patient messaging.
* Strong IT literacy, good communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
