We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our clients high-performing team in Washington. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability before reaching our global customers. Key Responsibilities * Perform in-process and final inspections of components and finished goods. * Use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product specifications. * Identify and document non-conformances, escalating issues as needed. * Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain accurate inspection records and follow Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in high-volume operations. * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is desirable. * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Working Continental shifts Day and Nights - 4 Week Cycle Continental shift pattern of days/nights, one week working 60 hrs(5 12-hour shifts, 2 days break in between), the next week only working only 24 hours(2 12-hour shifts) on rotation
