Field Based Agronomist – Somerset – Basic Salary Circa £55,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits Package
The Job:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced or early-career Agronomist to join a forward-thinking agricultural organisation committed to sustainable and innovative crop production. This field-based role involves providing technical agronomic advice to growers, supporting crop health and protection, and optimising yield performance across the region. You will also maintain strong client relationships and collaborate closely with the wider technical and commercial teams.

The Candidate:
* BASIS and FACTS qualified (or working towards)
* Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
* Experience advising on arable and/or horticultural crops
* Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
* Passionate about supporting sustainable agriculture
* Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
* Basic Salary circa £55,000 (DOE)
