The Private Client Paralegal provides support to solicitors in managing a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with drafting Wills, LPAs, and other private client documentation.
Manage probate applications and estate administration processes.
Liaise with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and third parties professionally and empathetically.
Prepare and maintain accurate case files and documentation.
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Handle billing, file opening/closing, and administrative tasks.
Support solicitors with client meetings and correspondence.
