About the role
1. you will join a collaborative responsible ai consulting team that works at the intersection of technology, risk and regulation. as a manager - responsible ai consultant, the team culture is inclusive, delivery‑focused and supportive, with close collaboration across technical and non‑technical specialists.
2. in this role, you will lead client workstreams that help organisations design, govern and deploy ai responsibly. the role is uk‑based with flexibility across office, home and client sites, and includes occasional uk client travel depending on project needs.

What your days will look like
4. This role delivers practical responsible ai outcomes for organisations adopting advanced technologies.
5. Lead client workstreams delivering ai governance models, controls and assurance activities • Assess ai use cases and systems for risks such as fairness, transparency, privacy and security
6. Translate regulatory expectations into clear, actionable delivery guidance
7. Run workshops and communicate ai risks and mitigations to varied stakeholder groups
This role is for you if
8. You have delivered ai governance, technology risk, model risk or data governance workstreams
9. You have assessed ai systems, documentation or controls and produced clear recommendations
10. You have working knowledge of ai‑related regulation or recognised frameworks
11. You can produce structured written outputs such as risk assessments or governance materials
12. You have collaborated with technical teams on ai, data or digital solutions
13. You have experience supporting or assessing generative ai risks and controls
