Salary: £37,490 - £39,463.

Responsibilities
* Experienced multi-skilled Plumber working within the Responsive Repairs Team, ideally with experience in a social housing or local authority environment.
* Undertake plumbing and other trade repairs and maintenance work to provide high quality, right first time, cost-effective building services to the business and its customers.
* Undertake associated trade tasks within competency with NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long-term relevant trade experience; extended skills may include ceramic tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl floor laying and decorating.
* Conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work, and recognised industrial standards, minimizing damage to the fabric of the property.
* Work on a rota basis, Monday to Friday.
* Full manual UK driving licence required; the organisation provides a Metworks van for working hours.
Qualifications
* Ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency with NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long-term relevant trade experience.
* Extended skills in ceramic tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl flooring and decorating are desirable.
* Full manual UK driving licence.
