Role: Technical Lead

The Role:
* Develop our cloud-based cyber security platform using Django and React
* Coach and support team members through code reviews and pair programming
* Provide line management for team members including regular 1:1s and performance reviews
* Leverage and integrate latest AI assistants and tools to boost productivity and code quality
About you:
* Full stack, ideally using Python (Django) and React.
* Champion of TDD, BDD, and quality-driven development
* Proven experience integrating and managing third-party APIs
* Understanding of and leading the team in applying software security fundamentals
* Working knowledge of AWS services, GitHub actions and terraform
* Experience managing a remote team
