We are looking for a Customer Service agent to provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customer base
Responsibilities
* Building a relationship over the phone to attract new customers and maintain our current database
* Contacting all new enquiries within 24hrs
* Complete daily call lists as directed by the Depot Manager
* Log all orders onto the system with great attention to detail
* Maintaining high standards within the customer database keeping it up to date
* Following company guidelines re scheduling calls and company workflows
* Supporting all areas of the business by communicating feedback and needs from the customers
* Working efficently on all customer marketing campaigns
* Any other tasks deemed reasonable for business needs
Skills
* At least 1years experience as a customer service agent working on the phones
* Caring and professional telephone manner
* Proficient at inputting data and maintaining a customer database, with attention to detail
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Excellent time management and organisatiinal skills
* Hardworking team player who can help others when needed
* Competent computer skills
* Ability to converse with older customers and their families
