Day Shift – 40hrs p/w – 8am–4:30pm

The Senior Goods In/Out Operative is a key logistical role, responsible for supporting the daily, hands-on operations of receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will bridge the gap between general warehouse staff and management, assisting with:
* Receiving, unloading, checking, and booking in supplier deliveries
* Picking, packing, and labelling orders for dispatch via courier or company vehicles
* Raising orders for external operations
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and workspace organisation
* Guiding less experienced staff and ensuring adherence to health & safety standards
Skills & Experience Desired:
* Experience in Goods In/Out or Despatch processes
* Familiarity with Sage or similar WMS/MRP systems
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Forklift licence is a plus but not essential
