This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and make meaningful progress in the classroom. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with varying learning needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Implement individual learning plans and contribute to progress tracking. Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
