Our client Arun Associates is looking for a full time Building Surveyor with suitable building surveying experience.
The successful candidate will most likely have worked in a commercial firm and understands what it takes to establish and sustain good relationships with various client types including homeowners, block and property managers, housing associations, local councils, tenants as well as introducers like architects and loss assessors etc.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
1. Ideally they would look to appoint a Chartered Surveyor, however consideration would be given to appointing a non RICS qualified candidate who is a good all rounder with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
