Were looking for a proactive and organised Resource & Scheduling Coordinator to join our well established and growing client based in Wiltshire on a 6 month FTC. In this vital role, youll manage daily scheduling of maintenance resources across Planned, Mechanical & Electrical, Voids, Estate Services, and Aids & Adaptations teamsensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Youll provide technical and administrative support to operational teams, manage digital scheduling systems, and support health & safety and compliance records. Your ability to solve problems, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is key. What youll need: GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths Strong IT skills (MS Office, CRM systems) Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-team environment Knowledge of compliance and health & safety processes is desirable This role offers hybrid working.
