Position: Sous Chef
The Cricketers, part of the Chestnut collection of pubs, inns, and restaurants, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Located in North Essex, near Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, we are a 16th-century English country inn renowned for award-winning food and accommodations.
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure culinary excellence and maintain our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. Your responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations. You will also contribute to fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
