Job Purpose: To support the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the Sky Osterley campus by providing operational cover across Front of House, porterage, and mailroom/reprographics functions as well as coordinating facilities services, as required. The role ensures a high standard of customer service, smooth daily operations and compliance with health and safety and operational procedures. About the role What you'll do: Facilities Coordination • Raise and manage work orders. • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed within agreed SLAs. • Monitor completion of works and maintain accurate records and documentation. • Conduct regular building inspections and report defects or risks. • Assist with office moves, space reconfiguration and operational changes. • Support emergency procedures and incident response, where required. Front of House (FOH) • Provide professional reception cover, when required. • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed. • Manage visitor access, passes, and security procedures. • Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally. • Maintain presentation standards of reception and meeting areas. • Support Sky spaces event bookings, where required. Porterage Support • Assist with internal moves including furniture, equipment and event setups. • Support event setups and breakdowns. • Assist with delivery handling and movement of goods across the site. • Ensure safe manual handling practices are followed. • Support facilities team with ad-hoc operational tasks. Mailroom/Goods In Support • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. • Coordinate outgoing mail and courier collections. • Maintain accurate delivery records. • Ensure secure handling of confidential or sensitive items. • Support stock control of mailroom consumables. Who you'll be: Essential • Experience within Office/Facilities Management • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Experience coordinating maintenance or service requests. • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. • Good IT skills • Understanding of health and safety principles. • SIA licence Desirable • Experience covering reception or FOH duties. • Experience supporting mailroom or porterage functions. • IOSH or equivalent H&S awareness training. • Experience working in a corporate or client-facing environment.
