Part Time Receptionist! 🌟
Are you an approachable and highly organised Receptionist? Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for a proactive Receptionist to become an integral part of their dynamic team.
Duration: ASAP until end of February (potential to go permanent after this)
Location: Just a 3-minute walk from Waterloo East station! 🚉
Hourly Pay Rate: £13.85ph
Working Pattern: Part-Time (3 days a week)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors with a warm smile 😊
Handle incoming calls with professionalism 📞
Book travel and accommodation for staff ✈️
Order weekly office supplies 🛒
Manage office music and air conditioning 🎶
Book internal meeting rooms via Outlook Calendar 📅
Replenish drinks, fruits, and biscuits for the team 🍏🍪
Keep the office tidy, clean, and safe 🧹
Offer coffees and teas to visitors ☕️
What We're Looking For:
A friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
