Reference: CCC00438Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead and manage the team responsible for the content and programming at the Cambridge Corn Exchange and Guildhalls. This key role will involve overseeing both performance-based programming as well as conferencing and community activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial sustainability. The successful candidate will play a central role within the Cultural Services management team, working closely with colleagues including the Venues General Manager, City Events Manager, Folk Festival Manager, and the Marketing and Development Manager. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of cultural programming while maintaining high standards of delivery across a wide range of events and activities. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the programme strategy for the Cambridge Corn Exchange, Guildhalls, and the Cambridge Folk Festival. You will manage a talented team to ensure seamless delivery of programming, meeting deadlines, and adhering to financial parameters. Additionally, you will collaborate with local, regional, and national networks to promote cultural engagement and ensure effective communication with internal teams. As a manager, you will also lead by example, fostering a collaborative work environment and supporting the professional development of your team.
