Oversee all aspects of property repairs and voids management, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, taking immediate action on any risks or breaches. Monitor and improve service performance, aiming for first-time fix rates and reduced turnaround times on voids. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently. Handle customer complaints professionally, embedding a lessons-learned approach to service improvement. Benchmark performance against industry standards and implement best practices to enhance service delivery. Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating issues when necessary.
