About the role The BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) Account Manager will be responsible for converting inquiries for offsite BNG units into successful sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, using their industry knowledge and insights to drive BNG sales. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can manage and forecast their sales pipeline and represent the company with professionalism and credibility in the marketplace.

This is a full-time position and will pay between £25-30,000 pa. And there’s more … Sales Conversion & Client Engagement: Convert inquiries into sales efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service. Identify high-potential clients whose demand for BNG units could lead to long-term strategic partnerships, maximizing future sales opportunities. Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Share key insights and feedback gathered during client interactions with relevant internal teams and stakeholders to support continuous business development and improvement. Revenue Ownership & Reporting: Own and deliver on individual revenue targets, providing regular high-quality qualitative and quantitative updates to the business. Take responsibility for forecasting performance and ensuring that all data regarding deals is up to date in the CRM system. CRM & Data Management: Ensure all data related to sales and deals is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system to support sales operations and overall business planning.
