Service Engineer\n\nSalary Guide: £30,000 - £35,000 PA - Depending on experience.\nPermanent Position, based from home, travelling across the UK and Scotland.\nCandidate Location: -Ideally in the Midland areas. \n Leading provider of cutting-edge solutions in the vehicle lighting solutions sector is currently seeking an electrical biased, skilled Field Service Engineer to join our clients dedicated team.\n \n As a Field Service Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success to all customers. Your duties will be visiting customers across the UK focusing on electro-mechanical fault finding, troubleshoot and fix product issues at customer locations across the UK.
This includes roadside repairs.\n\nYour ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues will be key in maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and be happy to travel across the UK including Scotland.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConduct on-the-road service visits to client sites for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical lighting equipment typically on commercial vehicle trailers.\nPerform electro-mechanical fault finding, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.\nMaintain accurate records of service calls, issues, and resolutions.\nDevelop strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service and support.\nStay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide the best solutions to the clients.\n Requirements:\n\nExperience in electrical fault finding and repair.\nProven experience in on-the-road service and client interaction.\nStrong electro-mechanical fault-finding skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\nValid full UK driver's license and willingness to travel across the UK and Scotland.\n\nHRGO Recruitment provides both permanent and temporary job opportunities across the UK.
