An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and detail-oriented Stock Condition Surveyor in the construction department. The role involves undertaking and overseeing building surveys to inform future investment and maintenance works.

Description
* Undertake and manage comprehensive building surveys.
* Record and report findings accurately.
* Inform future investment and maintenance works with survey data.
* Ensure all works are compliant with current building regulations.
* Cooperate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage resources and time effectively.
* Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during survey processes.
* Provide excellent customer service to residents.
Profile
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
* A degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field.
* Proficiency in building pathology and diagnosing defects.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety requirements.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
* Strong communication and report writing skills.
Job Offer
* An estimated hourly wage between £24.30 and £29.70.
