Job Title: Vehicle Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled vehicle Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the vehicles coming in and going out meet quality standards and specifications. This position requires a strong mechanical proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary.
Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed inspections on vehicles.
* MPI checks on vehicles (10 - 12 vehicles a day)
* Utilise various hand tools and power tools to perform measurements and tests on components.
* Collaborate with workshop to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.
* Perform heavy lifting as required during the inspection process or when handling materials.
Experience
* Proven mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding product specifications and functionality.
* Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is required.
* Previous experience in a similar inspection role or quality control environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills to identify potential issues quickly.
Hours
Option 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm - Every other Saturday or Sunday
Option 2: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30am - Every other Saturday or Sunday
