Room Leader – Under 3s
Full-time | 4-day week | Cheltenham | Level 3 Qualified
Are you ready to lead with heart, creativity, and purpose?
Angel Day Nursery is offering a rare opportunity to join our senior team as Room Leader for our Under 3s. Whether you're an experienced Room Leader seeking a fresh challenge, or a qualified Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step, this role offers the chance to shape a learning space where children thrive — and where your ideas are truly valued.
What makes this role special?
You'll lead a team of 3 staff and up to 16 children, creating a safe, stimulating and joyful environment rooted in our CHIRPY values. With full support from our hands-on management team, you'll have the freedom to bring your vision to life — from room layout and resources to daily routines and team development.
We're looking for someone with flair, warmth and a deep love for Early Years. Someone who sees the magic in messy play, the power of a well-told story, and the importance of strong partnerships with families.
