Working pattern: Full-time, term-time only (pro rata).
Position: Exams & Data Officer (Full Time / Permanent - 37 hours per week).
Grade: Single Status Grade 6, Points 14-16 (Salary £26,824 - £27,694 pro rata).
Actual Salary £23,768 - £24,538.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Closing date: 9am Friday 23 January 2026.
Interview date: Thursday 29 January 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with Deputy Head and Data Manager to lead the end-to-end administration of internal and external examinations.
* Ensure strict compliance with statutory and security regulations.
* Manage the MIS exams module, coordinate logistics with site staff, and handle all candidate communications, including distribution of results and post-results enquiries.
* Recruit, train, and schedule the invigilation team to ensure exams are adequately and safely staffed.
* Support the Data Manager with broader MIS administrative tasks, including data analysis and the production of academic reports for parents and stakeholders.
* Act as a point of contact for safeguarding and promote the welfare of students.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent organizational skills and strong communication.
* Experience with MIS systems and exam administration preferred.
* Capacity to undertake enhanced DBS check; ability to obtain if not already held.
* Understand and comply with Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018; must self‑declare no disqualification or obtain waiver.
