Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Reading, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, presenting WinkCloud.IO's platform features, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks also include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information about products, and following up on potential leads.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Persuasion abilities
* Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Understanding of Digital Marketing and Property Marketing
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using smartphone applications and tech-savvy
* Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not essential
