This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services
This is a key and fundamental role supporting the team across a broad range of HR activity, spanning the employment life cycle.
A bit about the ‘People and Culture’ department: We work with the business to reach our aspiration of becoming the employer of choice by attracting, engaging, developing and retaining people who are skilled and customer focused.
Each day is different, you will work together with an experienced and welcoming team, to give a great employee experience at KUK, through:
* Supporting the team with the coordination associated with bringing in new starters
* Scheduling new starter check point and probation meetings
* Managing the process associated with rewarding people by ensuring accurate data in our database and the monthly payroll submission, undertaking the holiday purchase and roll over process.
* Supporting with the administration and coordination of disciplinary, grievance, performance and/ attendance management meetings
* Daily inbox management
* Responding to internal and external enquiries and providing assistance
* Supporting with recruitment including coordinating interviews
* Updating and maintaining information on the HRIS
* Maintaining and updating records and personnel-related data
* Assisting with ad hoc related administration, projects and reporting.
In time, you may be able to stretch the role by:
* Screening and conducting interviews with candidates
* Leaver Interviews, analysis and recommendations
* Supporting the development of the HR system to automate and streamline processes and enable automation
* Joining cross entity project teams
* People data analytics
There will be also be a requirement to travel to the Toyota Burgh Heath, Epsom office.
Key Experience & Skills
* HR and employment legislation exposure
* Experience dealing with high volumes of administration
* Ability to work in a busy, corporate environment
* Confident user of Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong communication skills
* Good organisational and time-management skills
