Job Summary
Corporate Travel Management (CTM), Bradford office is looking for Travel Consultants to serve one of their most important clients. It is essential to have some customer service experience, to have an interest in travel and to be a great team player. The role is office based 5 days a week, 30hrs or 44hrs option working on shifts between 8 am and 8 pm (Some Weekend shift included).

Main Responsibilities
•Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels to both clients and suppliers
•Maintain strong knowledge of hotel reservations, invoicing systems, and CTM online booking tools, ensuring compliance with travel policies and best practices
•Provide support and guidance to clients and colleagues, sharing knowledge, identifying recurring issues
•Demonstrate flexibility by supporting various tasks, adapting to business needs, and providing shift cover when required
