Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
Manage student behaviour to create a productive learning environment.
Act as a role model and build positive working relationships with students and staff.
Supervise pre-assigned lessons during teacher absences.
Quickly establish rapport with students.
Be flexible in covering various subjects across KS3 and KS4.Ideal Cover Supervisor Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a school setting or working with young people.
Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
A genuine passion for supporting students in their learning.
Ability to maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
